From North to South

Since 1992, I have been involved in energetic healing, first mentoring for three years with Ley Guimaraes at AKARMA Center of Healing & Spiritual Development, learning Brazilian Healing Techniques. I then branched off with other group members to introduce and share our healing work in Madison, Wisconsin. There, I co-lead Golden Vision, a local meditation/energetic healing group. Our methods employed the use of color, sound, vibration, mantras and distance healing work. As part of my ongoing interest in the healing arts, I became a licensed Wisconsin Massage Therapist Bodyworker in 1999.
Overlapping this time frame, I was employed at a catalog company, American Girl, which designs and distributes high quality dolls and educational books. On the side, I worked as a Corporate Chair Massage Therapist, wheeling my massage chair off to companies and bringing laughter and relief to many aching bodies and over-stressed minds at Wisconsin companies.

I finally took the leap with my husband and moved frm Madison, WI to the beautiful mountains of El Paso, TX in September of 2005, after too many long, cold Wisconsin winters, and endless years of mowing, raking, and shoveling. Being here is exhilarating, rejuvenating, and has gotten me very excited to share my ideas, knowledge, and services with El Paso, which I bring from the northern lands of woods and lakes, snow and ice.
